By accessing or using the website lulecleaningservices.co.za or engaging the services of Lule Cleaning Services (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2026/470366/07), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Lule Cleaning Services provides professional residential, commercial, and specialised cleaning services across Ekurhuleni and the greater Johannesburg area. All services are subject to availability and our ability to reach your location.

We reserve the right to decline a service request at our discretion, including where the scope of work is outside our capabilities or where the premises present health or safety risks to our staff.

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting. We will always communicate any price changes before commencing work.

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Bookings are confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from us. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

We will make every effort to arrive at the agreed time. In the event of unforeseen circumstances causing a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative time.

You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned at the agreed time. If access is not possible and we are not notified in advance, a call-out fee may apply.

You agree to inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or special requirements before the clean begins. We will take reasonable care of your property but cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage or damage to items not disclosed to us.

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the clean, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not apply to areas or items that were not included in the original scope of work, or where access was restricted during the clean.

Lule Cleaning Services will take all reasonable care when working in your home or business. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our negligence, please notify us in writing within 48 hours. We will assess the claim and respond within a reasonable time.

Our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty fixtures, or items not disclosed to us prior to the clean.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Lule Cleaning Services (Pty) Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
